1. How can I book?

You can book just by filling out our contact us form or texting "BOOK" to our business line.


2. Is there a deposit? How Much?

Yes, there is a deposit and the amount depends on the full service amount.


3. How long will it take before someone reaches out to me?

Our staff will be sure to reach out 2-6 hours after inquiry is received.


4. How much does it cost to rent the Sprinter?

The price depends on the amount of driving, and the number of hours you’ll need it for.


5. Is there a minimum number of hours required?

Yes, we require a 3 hour minimum. Special holidays and Prom season have a 6 hour minimum.


6. What is a transfer?

A transfer is a pick up at 1 location at a specific time and taken directly to another location and dropped off. There is not an hourly minimum, there are no additional stops, it is not round trip. I.e., pick you up at home, take you to the airport.


7. What time do you close?

We answer phones 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our vehicles are available for rental 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office is staffed Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.


8. What is your cancellation policy?

We take deposits to reserve the date for you, so any payments or deposits made to hold your reservation are non-refundable once made. However, you can always change your date.


9. Do you stock the sprinter with alcohol?

We stock the sprinter with complementary ice and bottled water on all hourly rentals only. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol aboard if everyone is of drinking age.


10. Can we eat inside the sprinter?

We do NOT allow eating inside the sprinter.


11. Does the price include the chauffeurs tip?

We let you tip based on your service, we do not include it in the price. Tip as you see fit.
